What we offer
fototessera.ai turns a user-uploaded photo into an ID photo compliant with ICAO 9303 biometric standards and the specifications of the main Italian ID documents (ID card, passport, driving licence, residence permit).
Price and terms
The service costs €5.90 per generated ID photo, one-time payment, no subscription. Retakes before payment are unlimited and free: you only pay for the result that convinces you.
What you receive
- A high-resolution JPG file in the format required by the chosen document.
- A printable 10×15 cm PDF with 6 photos arranged with cut marks.
Acceptable use
Upload only photos of people you have the right to photograph. Using the service for identities other than your own without consent is forbidden. We reserve the right to refuse illegal or inappropriate content.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". While we guarantee technical compliance with biometric standards, final acceptance depends on the receiving office. Our liability is limited to the amount paid.
Right of withdrawal
As this is personalised digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal under art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code does not apply once the file has been generated and downloaded.
Governing law
Italian law. Court of jurisdiction: Milan.
