In two lines
Your photos stay on our servers only as long as strictly necessary to process them. All images are deleted automatically within 24 hours. We never use them to train AI models and never share them with anyone.

Data collected
- Uploaded and processed photos: temporarily stored to generate and deliver the result.
- Email (only if you enter it): used exclusively to send you the photo and the receipt.
- Payment data: fully handled by the payment processor. We don't see or store card numbers.
Retention and deletion
All images (original and processed) are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of the order being created. The receipt and email remain in our accounting records for the period required by Italian law.
Data use
Your photos are used only to produce the ID photo. No AI training, no profiling, no resale.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to privacy@fototessera.ai. Compliant with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
